Greetings from planet Earth. Welcome to my humble homepage.

This web-page was first created nearly three years ago in 1995. Have a look at the original HTML script to see how far things have come.

Being a homepage, it is an entrance to a range of websites that I have created. Think of it as somewhat akin to the root directory of your harddisk. There is nothing specific here. I will only be updating this page if/when I have some new section to add or remove. For something substantial and the newer stuff, you will have to choose one or more of the following and click.

Anyway, here are some websites I am maintaining:

Heng Hwee, Heng Woon and Chin Wee: My two precious daughters and son.
SG'4A Examiner: a little newsletter about my former 1983 classmates of 4A in Saint Gabriel's Secondary. Probably also the most frequently updated web-page of the lot, possibly because of the rate of personal updates by this great bunch of people. I am also maintaining a message board for the alumni.
NUS Law School Class of 1992: this is a simple alumni website for my Law School class.

dmoz open directory project: got involved in this massive Internet project helping to edit a search engine database. You can find links to some of my favourite websites here.
Woodlands message board: an attempt to spark off a virtual community for the IRL residents of the neighbourhood.
Yahoo! message groups: here are some mini-online communities that I am maintaining on Yahoo!'s servers: Isaac Asimov's Foundations, Woodlands Singapore and St Gabriel's Alumni.
Bukit Purmei "A" RC website: a grassroots neighbourhood website that I once used to manage.
HTML playground: here are some cool HTML pages. At least I think so (probably because I created them).
Pi: a page on this irrational number which I confessed to have taken a fancy to.
Friends: list of links to some of my friends' homepages, not the tee-vee-series-of-which-I-ain't-no-fan. The barrenness of the page illustrates how the fad of creating own homepages seems to have died down.
Lincoln's Gettysburg Address: a somewhat aged but still really neat speech, imho.
Suffer not in silence: an article by Dr Catherine Lim from Asia Magazine which I read some time back and transcribed it into HTML.
In Singapore it's routine to massage electorate: another article, this time by Tim Hamlett, which I happen to come across while in Hong Kong a few years back.
MLM Marketing: an article by Andy Ho of Straits Times who wrote about the insidious Multi-Level marketing scams (sometimes referred to as pyramid schemes) going around.
E-commerce : Technology can bypass the legal pitfalls: a little article I wrote that was cited in academic research. (8 Fordham I. P., Media & Ent. L.J. 907 and 11 Harv. J. Law & Tec 429)
